Cornmeal-Crusted Flounder


52.  We picked up flounder, on sale, at the supermarket this
 weekend.  I came across this recipe,   
and decided to try it.  And the Tartar Sauce recipe sounded so good.
It was delicious!! It was very quick, with easy steps and the texture 
was so nice and crispy.
And the Tartar Sauce recipe added such a delicious flavored
 accompaniment with the flounder.
I served julienne cut carrots and baked potatoes on the side.

This was one of those meals I didn't want to come 
to an end...but wanted to sit and savor every bite.
